is the information sent to Blue Ridge Medical Billing?
The
choice is yours, we have free pick up for our local area, we also
accept postal mail of the superbills, EOBs and new patient
information forms or you may fax us the
information.
What
Software Do We Use?
Blue
Ridge Medical Billing has two options for our providers. Option
1: Software. We enter all your patient information into our
software and
maintain the database. Option
2: ASP. This is an online, web based system that will allow
you or your staff to log on, run reports, check status, see
financial reports, and use the built in scheduler.
We
also give our dental providers the same choice! ASP or software. The
choice is yours!
Why
should I pay you in addition to my current staff?
I
expect your staff is qualified to do far more profitable work for
you than sending out bills. Right?
How are
you going to transfer the information?
All
claims will be sent electronically where possible. If not, paper
claims will be computer generated and mailed.
How
long will it take to set up my account?
After
we receive the information from your staff, the data setup takes a
short time. However, your electronic account must be set up with a
clearinghouse and a test batch sent for approval. We should have you
authorized in 3 to 6 weeks.
